🎯 Volunteer Roles We’re Recruiting For:
✅ Security Team
Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Duties include crowd monitoring, entry point control, and assisting with any on-site incidents.
🎫 Ticket Takers & Check-In Crew
Be the first smiling face people see! Greet guests, scan tickets, check registrations, and hand out wristbands or welcome packages.
🎮 Domino Referees
Love dominoes? Help keep the competition fair and respectful. Referees will monitor games, enforce rules, and settle disputes with professionalism.
🗣️ Event Hosts & Announcers
Got the gift of gab? Help keep the energy high with live announcements, calling match pairings, and guiding the crowd through event highlights.
📸 Media & Photography Team
Capture the moments that matter! Help document the event through photography, short videos, and social media content.

Support our DJs, speakers, and performers with setup, mic checks, and stage transitions.
🪑 Setup & Breakdown Crew
Help us transform the venue before the event and return it to form afterward. Tasks include setting up tables, chairs, signage, and general event flow prep.
💬 Hospitality & Guest Services
Ensure everyone feels at home. Assist elders, guide families to seating areas, and answer general questions.
🧹 Clean-Up & Maintenance Support
Help keep the venue clean and organized throughout the day. A tidy space means a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
